The eBook is sold by Amazon for Kindle, and, once they list it, by the other stores linked from this site; the paperback and hardcover, once they are published, will be sold by Amazon. Each sale is covered by that store’s own terms and return policy. This site sells nothing and holds no payment details.

Free pages

Some parts of the book may be copied for your own family or for a school, program or group, as long as the copies are not sold, as the book’s copyright page says. They are the pages on the Downloads page, the letters and handout in appendix A, the screen diary, questions, script and checklist in chapter 19 and the reader’s guide. The rest of the book may not be copied or shared without written permission, except for brief quotations in reviews and other uses that copyright law allows.
